IMPORTANT NOTES
1. The two-month advance payment is strictly non-refundable once the installation is completed.
  安装完成后，预付的两个月费用不可退款，恕不例外。
2. To terminate the service, you must submit a request at least two weeks before the next billing cycle.
  若要终止服务，您必须在下一个账单周期前至少两周提交终止申请。
3. All equipment (modem and router) must be returned to our office address, which can be found on the Contact Us page.
  所有设备（光猫和路由器）必须归还至我们在联系我们页面上列出的办公地址。
4. If applicable, refunds will be processed within 30 days from the final bill date and will be issued exclusively to the registered account owner.
  如符合退款条件，退款将在最终账单日期后的 30 天内处理，并仅退还至注册账户持有人。
5. All refunds will be made in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) via bank transfer.
  所有退款将以马来西亚令吉（RM）通过银行转账方式支付。
